What are Sticker Perfect Wall Decals?

Sticker Perfect decals are an inexpensive and innovative way to transform any room! Wall decals are like large self adhesive designs that adhere to the wall and are created in the design and color of your choice! They are simple to install and take less time than painting. They are also removable so that when you are ready to transform your room again, all you have to do is peel them off!

How easy is it to install Sticker Perfect Wall Decals?

How easy is it to remove Sticker Perfect Wall Decals?

Sticker Perfect decals are easy to remove! Simply start at one corner, roll them down at an angle and gently peel off the wall. Some touch ups may be required, depending on the age or condition of the painted surface underneath as well as the type of material used for your decals. Heat from a blow dryer may help in removal.

I just painted my walls. How long should I wait before applying my new decals?

Our vinyl manufacturer recommends that freshly painted surfaces be allowed to dry for 2 weeks before applying decals. This allows ample time for the surface to completely dry, thus allowing the decals to stick properly!

I have Low VOC or No VOC paint on my walls. Will Sticker Perfect Wall Decals work?

Unfortunately, Sticker Perfect Wall Decals (and almost ALL other types of self adhesive wall decals by other companies) will not adhere to walls that are painted with Low or No VOC paints. Paints currently marketed as Zero VOC or VOC Free include Yolo Colorhouse, Behr Premium Plus Zero VOC, Benjamin Moore's Natura® paint, and Glidden Spred®. Sherwin Williams offers several such paints including GreenGuard Emerald Interior Acrylic Latex, Harmony, Pro Industrial Zero VOC Waterborne Catalyzed Epoxy, Pro Industrial Zero VOC Acrylic Coating, and ProMAR 200 & 400 Interior Latex paint.
If you have Low VOC, Zero VOC or VOC Free paint on your walls, may we suggest a Custom Printed Canvas instead?

How do I contact Sticker Perfect?

Does Sticker Perfet have store locations or sell products in stores?

Sticker perfect is an internet-based company with no physical store locations, nor do we sell our products in any stores. Our warehouses are located in Kennesaw, GA.

What is the difference between a Cut Decal and a Printed Decal?

A Cut Decal is a design cut out from one single color. We have gloss, matte and specialty colors to choose from.
A Printed Decal is when a full color design is printed directly onto our white material. It can then be cut out or trimmed to size, depending on your specific graphics. This option is best for full color designs or illustrations with many colors as they can be printed all at once on our white material. Our current Printed Decals can be viewed here.

I have textured walls, will Sticker Perfect Decals work on textured surfaces?

Sticker Perfect decals will work on certain types of textured walls. Certain types of textured paint, such as paint with a sandy or gritty component, will prevent the decal from sticking. If you have regular sheet rock or drywall surface, our decals should adhere just fine.

I can't find what I'm looking for, can you create a custom design for me?

What information should I include when I contact Sticker Perfect Decals about a custom decal?

When contacting us for a custom designed decal, it is important to give us as much detail as you can so we can better assist you. Some things we need to know are if it's going to be a Cut Decal or a Printed Decal, size or dimensions (width and height) of the space you'd like to fill, the colors you'd like to use, and let us know if your surface is textured. These are the most essential because it will help us price out your order and create the decal specifically according to your needs.

Do you offer full-color printing for vinyl stickers?

Absolutely. We offer peel and stick removable wall stickers as well as permanent color stickers.

I already have a logo; can you make a vinyl sticker for my car/office/wall?

Certainly. Just email us a vector art file (.ai, .cdr, .pdf or .eps) and your specifications and we can provide you with a quote. If you don't have a vector art file, you can email us with a digital image of the logo (.jpeg, .gif, .png) and we can work up an estimate.

Shipping and Handling

What is the standard processing time?

Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days and 3-5 business days for delivery on all of the products listed on the Sticker Perfect website. However, if you have submitted a graphic or image for a Custom Printed Decal or Custom Printed Canvas, processing time is 3-7 business days provided there are no issues with your uploaded files. For instance, if your uploaded graphic or image meets the proper requirements, processing time is 3-7 business days from when your order was placed. However, if there are any issues or concerns with your order or uploaded graphics, we will make every effort to contact you by email or phone. If we are unable to reach you concerning your order, the processing of your order may be delayed.

Which shipping provider do you use?

We use USPS first class mail for standard delivery and USPS express and priority for expedited services. If you would like a different service used please contact us.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate of $5 on your entire order. Free shipping applies to orders of $50 or more. Expedited services available at an additional cost.

Can I get an expedited shipping service?

Expedited shipping is available for an additional $22 for express mail or $10 for priority mail. Expedited shipping is optional and can be found on the checkout page.

How long will it take for me to receive my decal?

Shipping times within the Continental US are based on which shipping method you select at checkout, as well as where you are located. Standard shipping can take 3-7 business days, express 1-2 business days, priority 2-4 business days.

How do I get free shipping?

Our "Free Shipping" promotion applies to all qualifying orders totaling $50 or more within the United States. "Free Shipping" cannot be combined with any other offers such as custom orders, custom printed canvas, or any other promotions.

How long does International Shipping take?

We ship all of our International orders via United States Postal Service first class International, and, per USPS' guidelines, it may take anywhere between 10-25 business days for delivery. Please keep in mind that this time frame may or may not include delays incurred by your country's customs department. Expedited service is also available.

Returns and Misc.

What if I buy from Sticker Perfect and I change my mind?

Sticker Perfect offers a 90 Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We will give you a full refund less shipping charges if for any reason you are not happy with your product.

What is your return policy?

Though we make every effort to ensure that you will not need to return your new decal, we understand that sometimes things don't quite turn out the way you expect. If you wish to return a decal from any of our pre-designed collections for any reason, please email us at stickerperfect@gmail.com for a return authorization and then ship the unused item(s) back to us in the original packaging and include a note indicating the reason for your return.
We also understand that each computer monitor displays colors differently and cannot guarantee that the colors will match what you see on your screen.

I'd like a different size / I changed my mind. Can I exchange my Sticker Perfect decal for something else?

If you've ordered one of our pre-designed decals, we'd be happy to exchange it for something else. Please email us at stickerperfect@gmail.com for a return authorization and then ship the item(s) back to us in the original packaging and include a note indicating the reason for the return and the item(s) for which you would like to exchange it/them. If the new item costs more than the original item purchased, you will need to pay the difference; if the new item costs less than the original item purchased, no refund will be issued. 

What happens if my Sticker Perfect products are damaged in transit?

Sticker Perfect will replace any products that are damaged in transit. Just Contact Us and let us know. Please hang on to your damaged package, as USPS may need to inspect it for insurance and claims purposes.

I just placed an order, but I need to cancel it. What is Sticker Perfect's cancellation policy?

Standard Processing orders may be cancelled before your order has been processed. This time may vary between 2-3 business days, as all of our products are made to order. Please contact us immediately for cancellations.

Payment

How can I pay for my order? Do you accept checks?

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express), Paypal, and Echecks through Paypal. We recommend using a credit/debit card or Paypal for the fastest processing of your order.

Is your site secure?

Yes. We understand your concern in this regard and consider it one of our highest priorities to ensure that our site is safe and secure for your personal information.
